Day 137

Do you have to go home Grandma Diane?

Day 136

Today we went to a pumpkin patch with Grandma Diane. Of course, this was mostly to amuse Lorne and Laurel, as Will was mainly confused by the whole thing.

What is this thing Dad is making me hold?

There was a scrambler-type ride off to the right of this picture, where Will is looking. We're pretty sure he was concerned about what was happening to those kids.

No seriously guys, what the heck are all these orange things, and why am I sitting on one?

Then we went home and carved our pumpkins.

Dad helps Will take some guts out.

WHAT THE HECK DID I JUST TOUCH?

Will, nervous about the pumpkin guts he just touched, looks for somewhere to hide.

OH GOD THERE ARE MORE GUTS IN THAT THING

Mom takes a turn trying to help Will calm down and not be afraid of the pumpkins.

Mom and her weird faces are no match for the evil that is pumpkins.

We carved our pumpkins after Will went to bed, since he hated them and probably wouldn't have been very skillful with his knife anyway. Lorne made the awesome one, Laurel made the non-creative one.

Day 135

Grandma Diane came to visit today, but Will was already in bed by the time the plane landed. Before bedtime, just before we put his pajamas on, Will had some mostly naked play time on his sports bears quilt. He likes being naked quite a bit, so we figured we'd let him play for awhile.

He's been doing this for awhile now, arching his back and turning to one side.

Sometimes he lifts his feet up and swings them to the side. These are probably things babies do before they start rolling over from the back to the front or something, but I am too lazy too look this up and confirm my suspicions.

Look at my belly!

Will has rolled over from his stomach to his back, and then forgotten how to roll over several times now. He did it at 5 weeks, then stopped for several weeks, then did it again for a few weeks, and then stopped for awhile. Now he really wants to roll, but he can't remember how to do it. His trying usually results in the airplane pose.

I can fly!

Day 134

Will happened to be wearing the same outfit as on Day 68, and playing on the same blanket.

Day 133

Will's first World Series Game

Day 132

More fun with penguins!

I'm sorry, but you'll have to find your own penguin. These are mine.

Day 131

Penguins rule!

This reminds me of that one episode of Star Trek.

Day 130

Will has become very interested in glasses of water. Once he gets the glass to his mouth, he's not sure what to do with it. So he licks it.

Giraffe butt!

Day 129

Snail rattle is SHOCKING!!

WHERE DID MY SHIRT GO?!

No seriously Dad, I totally had a shirt on earlier. WHERE IS IT?

Oh man. These penguins are so cool. Get it? Cool? Penguins? HAHAHAHA. They go with a set of penguins for Penguin Bowling, and Mom is quite excited to bowl with me (whatever that is) when I'm old enough to do so.

Hey, they're also delicious.

Day 128

Today Will and his dad rode on the bus to meet his mom at work. After the bus ride, being carted around to meet all of Laurel's co-workers, and a trip to the bank, he was beat.

Will pooped on everything four times today, so here he is wearing a different shirt, eating his Tigger toy.

And lastly, a family portrait:

Day 127

We forgot to post on Day 124 - Will had his 4 month appointment. He's 16 lbs, 13 oz and 26 inches. Here's the link to his 2 month appointment post. So a few pounds heavier, a little more than an inch longer.

We also forgot to bring our camera with us to dinner with Dana, Ken, Morgan, and Ryan, who are down from Washington to go to all the amusement parks. We met up with them on SeaWorld day and had delicious Mexican food. Anyway, here are some pictures of Will playing with his Exersaucer!

Day 126

Will was very excited to hang out with his mom this afternoon.

Then he threw up all over that shirt, so we changed him before we went to visit Ian and Lisa. This one has a giraffe head on the butt. Will thinks the funniest phrase ever is "giraffe butt." He giggles at it.

Day 125

Grandma Gail, are you sure you have to go home?

Day 124

PRESENTS ARE SHOCKING!!!

This is a nice pillow.

PILLOW! WAKE UP!

Day 123

Mom is BOOOOOORING.

I haz a talent.

Dad! I am not your hat!

This toy is SHOCKING!

Dad! I am not your parrot either!

I do like kisses though.
